We've had an overwhelming amount of interest for the November market and have taken on board your responses to our survey on opening hours, stall fees and advertising.
A big thank-you to all the October stall holders who filled out our "very quick" survey yesterday. Having your comments and thoughts allows us to make informed decisions.

For this market application, we have decided to offer it TOTALLY online.

No paper or printing required...Why?

Apart from saving the trees and the hip pocket on printing costs, it also cuts down on the manual data entry at our end and allows the committee to easily consolidate information ... (as we can suck the data into a spreadsheet and do funky things with it ... can you tell that one of us is in I.T?)

Northside Makers Market October 10th

OK crafty peeps, start your engines ...

Announcing the Northside Makers Market on Saturday October 10th, 2009.

Stall applications now open.

We are really excited about this market and you should be too! We have a non-profit and community focus, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun!

We have the whole of the Northcote Uniting Church hall and courtyard to use. The possibilities are endless! If there is anything that you would like to see at this market, let us know.

Click here for your stall holder application form. The process will involve us filling up stalls with northern suburbs people first and then after two weeks we will start to fill up remaining stalls with applicants from other parts of Melbourne.

We will get back to stall holders within 7 - 10 days of receipt of stall holder applications. DO NOT SEND MONEY, we will send through our banking details if you have been approved.

We invite all genres of handmade craft to apply including art, photography, craft, food, cosmetics, clothing, homewares, stationary, footwear and more. If you're unsure whether your products will fit in, just drop us a line at northsidemakers@gmail.com and ask!
